PENCO'S RICHES: Flowers in the street

 Those of us who have had the opportunity to watch programs about the Regions of Chile on television (or those of us who have traveled to other corners of the country) know that each place has its customs and traditions. Penco still has them, many plant flowers in the street . 

In fact, they are the same neighbors who plant their flowers outside the houses, between the street and the sidewalk. Note that there is always a space next to it where we commonly see wet soil, or at most we see wild grasses and produce growing, who knows! from previous rains.
